Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, dynamic and professional staff to provide safe instruction across a range of adventure and fieldwork activities for children and school groups in the outdoor environment.

The post‑holder will be required to deliver activities in line with the relevant National Governing Body guidance and in accord with the National Teaching Curriculum for Outdoor Education, as well as attending training and first aid courses, whilst keeping up to date with H&S policies and centre risk assessments.

DBS level

An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk.

Welsh language level – verbal

Level 3 – You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
