About the Role
As a CIPD Assessor and Lecturer, you will undertake 50% of your role as a Lecturer and 50% as an Assessor. The role will involve preparing, delivering and managing effective learning strategies to ensure learners attain agreed learning objectives/qualifications. You will teach on a range of courses and at a range of levels.

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for safeguarding and for promoting the welfare of learners. Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role. It is recognised that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.
