Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings.

The Assistant Cook will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with all aspects of the business and service activities in the catering facility.

Additional information
This post is part time and will work 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The salary shown however relates to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year and will therefore be pro-rata\’d accordingly.
