Educators First is working with a Cardiff secondary school to recruit one Sports Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join its support team from September.
The school is looking for someone who can bring energy, consistency and a positive attitude to the classroom.
Previous experience in education isn't essential.
What matters most is your ability to build relationships, encourage participation and become a trusted adult for pupils who benefit from additional support throughout the school day.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Working closely with a small number of pupils during the school day
- Supporting engagement and participation in lessons
- Helping pupils stay focused and organised
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive routines

- Supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff and ALN teams
This isn't a role where you'll simply sit at the back of a classroom.
