We are seeking a caring, patient and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Rochdale. This is a full-time, term-time only position with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care support, including toileting, dressing and hygiene
- Supporting pupils with additional needs throughout the school day
- Assisting with mobility and physical needs where required
- Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and promoting independence
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals
- Ensuring safeguarding, dignity and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications / Desired
- Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable)
