Are you a Psychology graduate ready to put your knowledge into action?.. We\’re looking for passionate, empathetic individuals to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in local schools, helping every child reach their potential. This is the perfect opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs Apply your understanding of behaviour, development, and learning Build valuable experience for a future career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Teaching You\’ll be working as part of a supportive school team, offering one-to-one and small-group support, promoting emotional wellbeing, and helping to create an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children\\\’s learning and development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 2 professional references covering the last 2 years
  • Consistent weekday hours (8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
  • Ongoing, long-term position within a supportive school environment
  • Continuous support from a friendly and professional education agency
