Thousands of students use FindAMasters and FindAPhD every year to explore their postgraduate options, discover new opportunities and make life-changing decisions about their future. This role is about helping us connect with that audience through engaging social content and well-executed marketing campaigns. As a Student Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in how FindAMasters and FindAPhD engage with UK and international student audiences. You’ll manage our organic social media activity, creating and sharing content, monitoring interactions and helping us respond appropriately across our student-facing channels.

Reporting to the Student Marketing Manager, you’ll also support the planning, design, management, delivery and evaluation of both online and offline marketing campaigns that promote our brands, products and services to prospective postgraduate students.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Create awareness of and grow the FindAMasters and FindAPhD social presence by developing and executing an organic social media plan to achieve business goals around traffic, engagement and conversions.
  • Manage social media channels to build and engage with our audience by monitoring and responding to social media activity such as interactions and DMs on all student accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc).
  • Produce creative content such as videos and graphics for social and campaigns which align with what our audience are interested in.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of student operational marketing plans for FindAMasters and FindAPhD through various tactics (digital, social, OOH, in-person and virtual events and print).
  • Create and proofread marketing copy for various platforms including print, online and social media.
  • Support the promotion of events such as webinars and postgraduate study fairs to hit targets around sign-ups and attendance.
  • Use Canva to design online marketing collateral in support of student marketing activity.
  • Use CMS to design, write and deliver marketing emails to domestic and international student audiences as part of campaign promotion and report on performance.
  • Assist in tracking audience engagement and performance of online marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct and gather testimonials in support of student marketing activity.
  • Develop a working knowledge of B2C marketing best practice and of relevant higher education policy and other developments relating to postgraduate education.
  • Contribute to the wider identification, realisation and evaluation of content and marketing opportunities in multiple formats (written, visual, audio) and to the expansion and management of a portfolio of resources that develops alongside the needs of our audience.
  • Represent marketing expertise in internal information sharing and development activities as required.
  • Support student-facing B2C events, with occasional out of hours travel and overnight stays as required.

The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £27,000.
