About the Role:
- Build and manage relationships with schools, trusts and education professionals
- Source and interview teachers, support staff and leadership candidates
- Match candidates to suitable long-term, permanent and supply opportunities
- Support candidate compliance and safeguarding checks
- Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms
- Work collaboratively with the wider educationRnR team and associated brands
- Maintain excellent service standards with both schools and candidates
- Contribute to the continued growth of educationRnR across the education sector
The Requirements:
- Previous recruitment, sales or education experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
- Confident using CRM systems, email and online recruitment platforms
- Professional, resilient and target-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Passion for supporting schools and education professionals
