About the Role:

  • Build and manage relationships with schools, trusts and education professionals
  • Source and interview teachers, support staff and leadership candidates
  • Match candidates to suitable long-term, permanent and supply opportunities
  • Support candidate compliance and safeguarding checks
  • Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Work collaboratively with the wider educationRnR team and associated brands
  • Maintain excellent service standards with both schools and candidates
  • Contribute to the continued growth of educationRnR across the education sector

The Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment, sales or education experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
  • Confident using CRM systems, email and online recruitment platforms
  • Professional, resilient and target-focused mindset
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Passion for supporting schools and education professionals
