Job description
This role is based in London, UK and requires the successful candidate to be based in or willing to relocate to London. Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are essential for this position.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end B2C billing lifecycle including meter data, tariffs, invoicing, and debt management.
- A track record in regulated markets where billing complexity matters, energy, telecoms, financial services, or similar.
- Familiarity with the French energy market (ENGIE, CRE, switching, tariff structures) is advantageous.
