This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA or Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education.

The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery team to provide high-quality learning experiences, support children's development, and help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Duties may include leading small groups, supporting planned activities, covering lessons where required, and contributing to children's progress and wellbeing.
- The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- HLTA status or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience
- Previous experience working within an Early Years or Primary setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive and flexible approach
- A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
