About This Job

Graduate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in Bradford. Veritas Education currently has multiple full‑time and part‑time SEN TA positions in mainstream and SEN settings, ideal for graduates looking to gain experience in education and support learners with SEN. We work with schools across the Bradford area, supporting children with a variety of needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, SEMH and PMLD. Specialist training is available, including Team Teach Positive Behaviour Management Level 2.

Responsibilities

  • Support children and learners with special educational needs in mainstream or specialist settings.

Qualifications & requirements

  • University graduate who has completed an educational course or degrees in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields.
  • Experience or placements supporting vulnerable children and young adults.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to attend a registration interview.
  • All applications subject to Enhanced DBS, professional reference checks, and other safeguarding checks as per policy.
