The Role:
- Position: Learning Support Assistant
- Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday
- Start Date & Duration: ASAP start running until the end of the academic year
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Confidence working 1:1 and/or within small groups.
- Able to adapt support strategies to meet a range of learning needs.
- Proven SEN support experience.
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
