The school provides a calm, nurturing environment for children with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs – and they are now looking for a compassionate, dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional behavioural needs
- Assisting with tailored learning activities
- Promoting confidence, independence and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teaching staff, SENDCOs and external professionals
- Helping to maintain a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment
