We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Music teachers for full-time roles starting in September 2025 in Bradford, UK. You’ll join schools committed to delivering high-quality arts education and developing a strong culture of creativity and performance. Whether you’re experienced or an ECT, we’ll work with you to find a school where you can thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based Music lessons across KS3–KS5 (depending on the school).
- Teach a broad curriculum including performance, composition, and music appreciation.
- Lead or support extracurricular music activities such as choirs, ensembles, or productions.
- Prepare students for music exams, performances, and qualifications where applicable.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the arts faculty and across the school community.
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and assessment policies consistently and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Music or a related field
- Recent and relevant classroom experience teaching Music
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of music education
- Confident classroom practitioner with high expectations for all students
- Experience leading school concerts, productions or instrumental groups
- Willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom
- Familiarity with music technology and composition software
