Required As Soon As Possible. We are looking to appoint energetic and highly motivated individuals with a strong desire and commitment to work in Alternative Education. Those appointed will join us at an exciting juncture on the school’s improvement journey; they will be committed and enthusiastic team players and driven to raise standards.
The Successful Applicants Will:

- Have experience of SEND, inclusion and children with SEMH
- Be approachable and always willing to turn their hand to something new
- Have high expectations of pupil aspiration, achievement and behaviour and a consistent approach and ability to challenge unacceptable behaviour
Key Tasks Of Post:
- To work across sites (where necessary) under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom
- Promote independence and employ strategies to recognise and reward achievement of self-reliance and emotional resilience
- Where appropriate, act as a Key Worker for some pupils, offering support and monitoring attendance and behaviours and reporting back to the Tutor on a regular basis
This is a full time, long-term role for the right person.
