Education World is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education. You will work alongside the class teacher to provide engaging learning experiences, encourage children's development through play, and help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Have experience working with children within an Early Years setting.
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (Level 2 minimum).
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
