Key Responsibilities As an Early Years Practitioner, you may be responsible for: * Supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5. * Supporting engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. * Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. * Supporting children's communication, language, physical, social, and emotional development. * Encouraging children's independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. * Working collaboratively with nursery practitioners and wider staff teams. * Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues. * Supporting daily routines and personal care where required. * Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times. The Ideal Candidate Will Have * A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification – essential. * Experience working with children aged 0–5. * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. * A caring, patient, and nurturing approach. * The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A professional, reliable, and flexible approach. * A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
