Music Teacher (Permanent, Contract)

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Music teachers for full-time roles starting in September 2025 in Bradford, Uk. You’ll join schools committed to delivering high-quality arts education and developing a strong culture of creativity and performance. Whether you\’re experienced or an ECT, we’ll work with you to find a school where you can thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based Music lessons across KS3–KS5 (depending on the school). Teach a broad curriculum including performance, composition, and music appreciation. Lead or support extracurricular music activities such as choirs, ensembles, or productions. Prepare students for music exams, performances, and qualifications where applicable. Collaborate with colleagues in the arts faculty and across the school community. Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and assessment policies consistently and professionally. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Music or a related field Recent and relevant classroom experience teaching Music Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of music education Confident classroom practitioner with high expectations for all students Experience leading school concerts, productions or instrumental groups Willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom Familiarity with music technology and composition software (e.g. Roles in a wide range of UK schools, including MATs, academies, and independent schools Full interview preparation, onboarding support, and visa guidance (if required) Ongoing CPD and pastoral support from our team of former school leaders Long-term relationships with schools that value the arts and creative subjects If you are a qualified Music teacher, with a successful record of teaching please email your CV to lauren.marshall@education-world.
