As an Education Recruitment Consultant with Education World Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented educators with rewarding opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new relationships with client schools in the North East region.
- Using various methods such as sales calls, mailers, meetings, LinkedIn interactions, and creative approaches to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Maintaining and servicing client schools while actively expanding our network.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Being accountable for meeting individual targets for financial results and registrations.
- Attending industry events such as recruitment fairs to network and promote Education World Ltd.
- Assisting an established team by answering phones, managing client/candidate inquiries.
- Collaborating with central teams such as compliance, communications, and finance to ensure seamless coordination and support in recruitment activities.
- Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management team.
