Job Title: EYFS Teacher (Job Share)

Location: Derby

Start Date: January (until Easter)

Pay Scale: £140–£220 per day

Contract Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

The Role

Education World are seeking an experienced EYFS Teacher to support a Derby primary school on a part-time basis. This is a job-share position working three days per week, delivering high-quality early years provision and maintaining continuity for the class. The role runs until Easter and requires someone confident working within EYFS frameworks and routines.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher with EYFS experience
• SEN experience essential
• Ability to work collaboratively within a job-share structure
• Strong understanding of early years development and assessment
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the job-share structure
• Support children with a range of needs, including those with SEND
• Work closely with support staff and the co-teacher to ensure consistent provision
• Maintain accurate observations and contribute to assessments
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
