The Role

Education World are working with a welcoming primary school in Brent seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop confidence both academically and socially.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and ensure each pupil receives the support they need to thrive in the classroom environment.
