We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in the London Borough of Redbridge that is seeking an enthusiastic Business Teacher to join their successful department on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop students' commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking.
The Role
- Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Plan and deliver high‑quality Business lessons that challenge, inspire and engage learners.
- Foster a passion for Business and enterprise, helping students make meaningful links between classroom learning and real‑world scenarios.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Contribute to the continued development of the Business curriculum and departmental initiatives.
- Support the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities, enterprise activities and extracurricular events.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Business education.
- Have strong classroom management skills and high expectations for student achievement.
- Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
