Education World is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Maidenhead for a dedicated and passionate Business Studies Teacher to join their successful department on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging Business Studies lessons that support strong academic outcomes and prepare students for further education and future careers.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
  • Plan and prepare engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
  • Support students in achieving their full academic potential
  • Participate fully in school life, including parents’ evenings and staff meetings

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Has experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
  • Has the ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities
  • Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
