We are looking for dedicated and resilient FULL TIME Behaviour Support Assistants to work in a specialist provision. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting young people who present challenging behaviour, and who is passionate about helping them succeed.

About The Role

  • Work in a class with young people who require additional behavioural support across academic and vocational hands-on subjects
  • Assist teachers in creating a safe and positive learning environment
  • Implement strategies to manage behaviour and promote engagement
  • Support students both academically and emotionally, helping them overcome barriers to learning

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or care settings
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or already hold one on the Update Service)
