Aspire Academy Trust is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Trust's non-educational functions, including Estates, Health & Safety, and Operations.
The COO will work closely with the CEO, the trust board, Directors, Regional Leads and Heads of School to drive organisational change, deploy resources effectively and maximise educational outcomes for pupils across all academies.
