The Role
- Lead curriculum strategy,planningand development across the College.
- Drive exceptional teaching, learning, quality, and learner outcomes.
- Use performance data and market insight to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen partnerships with employers, schools,stakeholdersand governors.
- Champion innovation, growth and curriculum responsivenessand viability.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to the Corporation Board.
About You
- Significant senior leadership experience in Further Education or a complex organisation.
- A strongtrack recordof curriculum leadership and quality improvement.
- Experience managing substantial budgets,resourcesand teams.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on sustainable growth.
- Outstanding communication,influencingand stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for developing people and transforming lives through education.
