As a Lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery with Redcar and Cleveland College you will be responsible for preparing and delivering practical and theory lessons that align with curriculum requirements, Awarding Body standards and meet the diverse needs of learners. You will be required to support learners throughout their studies: helping them to overcome barriers to learning, develop new skills, set targets and monitor progress to ensure they achieve qualification outcomes.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent IT and problem‑solving skills, have strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail, high levels of professionalism, strong motivation, the ability to inspire others, the ability to build relationships and be willing to learn and develop.
- Experience of onsite working is required for this role, experience of teaching and/or assessing would be desirable in this role.
