An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Student Recruitment Officer to join our Marketing and Recruitment team reporting to our Group Student Recruitment Coordinator.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Group Student Recruitment Officer you will play a key role in driving student recruitment and supporting the College to exceed targets. You will build strong relationships with schools, potential students, parents, advisers and external partners, while creating engaging recruitment and communication opportunities. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and promote the Etc. through events, outreach and stakeholder engagement.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and customer focused, with excellent IT and problem‑solving skills. They will have the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn, develop, and contribute as part of a team is essential. Previous experience in a recruitment, customer service, sales, marketing, or education environment would be beneficial, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.

Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8.30‑16.45, Friday 8.30‑16.15, Flexible lunch breaks, Evening and weekends, you will be given time in lieu.
