About the Role
We are seeking an Early Years Lecturer to join our Early Years team, reporting to the Curriculum Manager of Health, Early Years, Access and Distance Learning.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to a high standard.
- Design schemes of work, produce high‑quality learning materials and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback through both formative and summative assessments.
- Act as a personal tutor, offering educational advice and guidance to support student progress.
- Supervise placements and educational visits, assisting with student recruitment and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and employers to review and develop the curriculum.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and evaluation of teaching and learning.
