An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CETEC Enhanced Learning Lead to join our CETEC/Quality & Enhanced Learning Team, reporting to the Director of Quality & Enhanced Learning. Our team is a collaborative, innovative and forward-thinking group that is passionate about improving the quality of education and the experience of every individual. We work closely with curriculum teams, managers and senior leaders across the CETEC network to drive continuous improvement, share excellent practice and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.

The CETEC Enhanced Learning Lead will lead curriculum innovation, teaching excellence and workforce capability across the CETEC network. The postholder will develop and standardise employer-led clean energy curriculum and resources, lead staff development and CPD, support best practice in teaching, learning and assessment, and build strong partnerships with employers, universities and delivery partners. They will also oversee the CETEC Digital Resource Hub, Quality Framework, Technical Educator Programme and Excellence Workstream, helping to improve learner outcomes, progression and employability.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and collaborative education professional with strong knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment best practice. They will have excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadline. A Level 4 qualification or above in a relevant technical, engineering or education discipline is required. The successful candidate will be committed to continuous improvement, professionalism, integrity, equality, diversity and inclusion, and will be willing to travel across delivery partner and spoke sites.
