An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Progress Coach to join our English, Maths Creative and Digital Department reporting to The Curriculum Manager for Creative & Digital. As part of the Creative and Digital team you will be part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team.

As a Progress Coach with Stockton Riverside College, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reporting learner attendance.
  • Monitoring the behaviour and progress of learners and providing interventions to improve learner outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and passionate about education. We are looking for someone who can work within a highly ambitious team, build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, enhance the learners' experience and continue to build on our positive outcomes. Previous experience is not required and training on systems will be provided.
