Position

Health and Social Care Lecturer – Health, Education and Foundation Learning Team (reporting to the Curriculum Manager).

Responsibilities

  • Lecturing and delivering the Health and Social Care curriculum.
  • Supporting, monitoring and assessing students across the provision.
  • Developing and maintaining course materials and resources.
  • Collating and discussing student progress with colleagues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Significant industry experience within the health and social care sector, preferably with clinical experience.
  • High level of drive, enthusiasm and the ability to support learners in developing their skills.
  • PGCE/Certificate in Education or willingness to work towards the qualification.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Schedule

Ad‑hoc hours required Monday to Friday across the Health and Social Care provision.
