An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support team reporting to our Learning Support Coordinators. The Learning Support department provides an exceptional service across the group to support all students who have declared a learning difficulty or disability, along with those who are identified during their college journey.
Responsibilities
- Working with teaching staff to plan and adjust learning methods for students who require additional support.
- Developing strategies to respond to additional learning support needs of individuals and groups.
- Developing strategies to promote independence and resilience in learners with support needs.
