Job Overview: King’s Trust Assistant Team Leader – supporting 12‑week King’s Trust Team personal development course in Bishop Auckland (may work at other sites). The role includes sourcing work placements and attending residential weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of the 12‑week King’s Trust Team personal development course for NEET young people.
  • Coordinate and source appropriate work placements for participants.
  • Attend residential weeks as required and support participants throughout the program.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, staff and external partners.
  • Provide support and guidance to young people to enhance their personal development and employability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working with NEET young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support a dynamic, community‑based training environment.
