Job Overview: King’s Trust Assistant Team Leader – supporting 12‑week King’s Trust Team personal development course in Bishop Auckland (may work at other sites). The role includes sourcing work placements and attending residential weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of the 12‑week King’s Trust Team personal development course for NEET young people.
- Coordinate and source appropriate work placements for participants.
- Attend residential weeks as required and support participants throughout the program.
- Communicate effectively with participants, staff and external partners.
- Provide support and guidance to young people to enhance their personal development and employability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with NEET young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support a dynamic, community‑based training environment.
