An exciting opportunity has arisen for a King’s Trust Achieve Assistant to join our King’s Trust team, reporting to our King’s Trust Achieve course leader. The King’s Trust department has proudly delivered the Trust’s personal development courses to young people aged 14–25 across the North East for 30 years. As a King’s Trust Achieve Assistant with Stockton Riverside College you will be responsible for supporting our 14–16 and 16–18 provision offered by the Kings Trust Team. You will be expected to work with teaching staff to plan and adjust learning methods for students who require additional support.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with NEET young people, be organised, experienced in motivating young people to succeed in their learning, enthusiastic and highly committed to improving the learning attainments and employment opportunities.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Flexible lunch breaks 9am – 3:30pm.
