An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Operations Site Coordinator to join our IT Operations team reporting to our IT Operations Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical leadership and deliver day-to-day IT support at the designated college site.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of IT services for staff and students.
- Act as the first point of technical escalation and lead/coordinate the work of IT Operations Technicians to maintain SLA-driven service standards.
- Offer support and cover across other sites within the group when required.
Qualifications:
- Good general education and proven Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support capability (diagnosing and fixing hardware/software faults).
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
- Relevant industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, CCNA/CCNP are desirable; group supports development through coaching and training.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, prioritisation, multi-tasking and clear communication skills.
