An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Higher Education and Skills to join our Higher Education team. The role reports to the Assistant Principal and works across our group of colleges.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and planning in the growth, development and delivery of high‑quality higher education and higher‑level skills provision.
Qualifications- Previous experience working within the HE sector at a further education college or higher education institution is essential.
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Generous annual leave entitlement (43-50 days per annum, depending on role).
