Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coordination and planning for the growth, development and delivery of a high‑quality curriculum.
  • Lead, support and develop staff, uphold accountability for student outcomes, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help shape strategy, drive continuous improvement and model professional practice.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience within the FE sector in a curriculum leadership role (course leader or equivalent or above) is essential.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work to high accuracy, and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Provide unspent convictions information and may need to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure.
