An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Compliance and Scheduling Lead to join our Estates team reporting to our Head of Estates. The Estates team work across all of our sites to ensure safe, comfortable and operational environments.
As an Estates Compliance and Scheduling Lead with Stockton Riverside College you will be responsible for development and implementation of scheduling, planning and communicating works to support preventative and planned maintenance and reactive works, facilitating collation and storage of health, safety and compliance documentation. Gathering quotes and raising PO’s for works.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scheduling, planning and communication of works to support preventative, planned and reactive maintenance.
- Facilitate collation and storage of health, safety and compliance documentation.
- Gather quotes and raise purchase orders for works.
- Coordinate activities across all sites within The Etc. group (Stockton Riverside, Redcar and Cleveland, NETA, Bede Sixth Form Colleges).
- Support the Estates team with compliance and scheduling tasks as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent IT and problem solving skills with the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience in FM or Safety Management systems is desirable.
- Hard Services FM knowledge and some Health and Safety experience are advantageous.
- Full system training will be provided.
