Curriculum Manager – ESOL
We are seeking a Curriculum Manager to join our English, Maths, Creative and Digital team reporting to the Head of Department. This role provides a wealth of opportunity for someone ready to promote growth and innovation in teaching and learning, and to develop further stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities: Lead the ESOL team, promote growth and innovation in teaching and learning, develop stakeholder relationships, and deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
Ideal candidate: Highly motivated, organised, with excellent IT and problem‑solving skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and develop. Extensive experience of ESOL learners and the curriculum in the FE sector is required, together with proven experience of leading curriculum teams.
