Site Cleaning Assistant

We are seeking a Site Cleaning Assistant to join our Estates team reporting to the Sites Cleaning Supervisor. The role involves completing daily tasks, schedules, and standards to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality. You will maintain compliance with statutory, health & safety, and infection control requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily cleaning tasks according to scheduled plans.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
  • Adhere to statutory, health & safety, and infection control protocols.
  • Communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Reliable, hands‑on, and detail focused.
  • Experience ensuring high standards and working within a team.
  • Organised, safety‑conscious, and motivated.

Schedule

20 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Flexible lunch breaks.
