An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Careers Coordinator to join our Student Experience & Wellbeing team reporting to our Carers Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our highly successful and supportive team that have recently been rated outstanding by Ofsted in all aspects of personal development.
As a Careers Coordinator with Etc. you will work closely with other staff to ensure that the College delivers an engaging and aspirational Careers plan that effectively prepares our students for their next steps. The ideal candidate will be able to work positively and flexibly by themselves or as part of a team. They also need to be able to positively influence others and role model the College values. They must be effective at networking and engaging a range of different stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance or be willing to achieve within a given timeframe. Experience of delivering a high-quality careers programme including event management is desirable.
