The Careers and Progression Coordinator is a key member of the Student Experience & Wellbeing team, reporting to the Carers Team Leader. The role focuses on delivering an engaging careers plan that supports students in making informed decisions about their future.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with staff to develop and deliver a comprehensive careers programme.
  • Facilitate networking and stakeholder engagement, including events and career activities.
  • Support students in planning their next steps post‑education.
  • Provide role‑modeling and influence within the college following College values.

Qualifications:

  • Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance, or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe.
  • Experience in delivering high‑quality careers programmes, including event management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
