An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Co‑ordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our Business Development team reporting to our Business Development Manager. The Business Development team is a fast‑paced, employer‑focused department that works collaboratively with curriculum teams and external partners to deliver high quality apprenticeship recruitment. We are a friendly, supportive and hardworking team, committed to providing an efficient, compliant and professional service that creates a positive experience for both employers and apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for apprentices, including advertising vacancies, coordinating applications, supporting recruitment events and ensuring timely communication with employers, applicants and internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting enrolment and compliance processes, managing incentive grant administration and promoting apprenticeship opportunities across schools, events and employer networks.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused, with excellent IT, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident working with data and digital systems, committed to delivering high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Willing to learn, develop and adapt while working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Previous experience in apprenticeship recruitment or the Further Education sector is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Schedule
