An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeship Trainer to join our Construction, Professional and Service Industries team reporting to our Apprenticeship Manager.

As an Apprentice Assessor-Trainer with Stockton Riverside College, you will be responsible for supporting Apprentices up to Level 3. Through utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their training, meeting regularly with the wider apprenticeship team to support with planning effective reviews with Apprentices and Employers. Through effective communication you will set and communicate clear targets and provide feedback to drive timely achievement.

The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience in the electrical sector and must be qualified to Level 3. Whether you are already a trainer or considering a developing a role that utilises your existing skills and knowledge, and if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others, we want to hear from you.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage with learners and peers alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor.
