An East London charity, established to work alongside people facing poverty, injustice, and inequality, is seeking an ICT and Premises Co-ordinator. You will serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related queries, lead the relationship with the charity’s third-party IT support provider and premises management provider, and manage a project to support the tendering of a new IT support provider.

This role would suit someone outgoing and personable, with a strong social ethos, who enjoys being the focal point for both IT support (60%) and managing the estate and office in East London (40%). Your key contacts will include facilities (a basic knowledge of Health and Safety is essential), third-party IT partners, the Senior Management Team (SMT), operations, and the front-of-house team.

Your IT support experience should include first-line support for O365 and SharePoint, entry systems and AV, laptops, Mac iOS, and Windows PCs for approximately 150 staff, many of whom work remotely. Reporting to the COO, this role includes a hybrid working arrangement: 75% onsite and 25% offsite. You will also manage two direct reports from the front-of-house team.

This is a great employer where people are treated fairly, feel engaged and empowered, and work together to achieve a shared vision. The charity offers a fantastic benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and 3 additional days at Christmas, rising to 41 days after 5 years (including bank holidays)
  • Time off for appointments
  • Enhanced maternity and sick leave
  • Hybrid working
  • Up to 2 days of volunteering leave
  • Employee assistance program
  • Season ticket loans
  • Eye care
  • Rental deposit loan
  • Stakeholder pension

This could be a 12- or 18-month fixed-term contract, depending on your personal circumstances.
