This is a fantastic opportunity for a data‑savvy professional to take ownership of the school’s iSAMS system, ensuring it runs smoothly and supports everything from academic performance to student wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Create and share reports for student grades, admissions, medical tracking, and more.
- Support extra‑curricular planning, trip logistics, curriculum scheduling, and conduct tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Deliver training on best practices, GDPR, and data use.
- Work with senior staff to build and manage the school timetable.
- Handle staffing grids, capacity planning, and room allocations.
- Import and configure timetables within iSAMS.
Qualifications
- Experience with iSAMS or similar MIS (training provided if needed).
- Strong SQL or data reporting skills.
- Great communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organised.
- Experience with timetabling (a plus, not a must).
- Commitment to data privacy and GDPR compliance.
Salary: £45‑50K per annum (term time) plus two additional weeks of holiday.
Location: East London/Essex (close to City/West End).
