Job Description:
Are you currently a NQT / Student Teacher looking to expand you experience whilst you complete your teaching qualification?
Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting for Student Teacher’s to begin work in Caerphilly and their surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.
Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement.
Holding a Valid UK driver\’s license would increase opportunities for work
The successful candidate:
•Are you on course to obtain or have recently obtained your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE or a BA in Education?
• Have a minimum 3-month experience of teaching within a UK Primary or Secondary School,
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• Plan innovative and creative lessons with the correct Education and Training
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils
As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:
• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £110 – £173.00 per day)
• A £125 recommend a friend scheme
• A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs,
• No need for completion of time sheets,
• Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
