Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on behalf of schools based within Barry and its surrounding areas. We are looking to recruit potential candidates to approach Primary Schools with the chance of finding work.

Education Supply Pool is seeking a Primary Teacher who has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education. This role will support day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is a great opportunity to gain experience within different school settings at a flexible schedule you control. Having a valid UK Driving License will increase your opportunities to find work.

The successful Candidate must:

  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Have experience of teaching within the UK.

  • Plan innovative and creative lessons.
  • Have the appropriate Education and Training.
  • Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.
  • Maintain necessary assessment of pupils.
  • Be able to inspire and motivate pupils.
  • Be adaptable and reliable.
  • Be a flexible and confident individual.
