We are currently recruiting an ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant for Ebbw Vale and surrounding areas, starting immediately.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 3:30 pm
Are you a caring and passionate individual with ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant experience? Do you have at least 6 months of experience within a Special Needs School?
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in an ALN Specialist School with Education and Training
- Possess at least NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) in Education or equivalent experience in an educational setting
- Be committed and dedicated to the role, with the appropriate Education and Training
- Provide stimulating activities while ensuring hygiene and safety rules
- Be attentive to the students' individual needs and able to identify appropriate solutions when issues arise
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and families
As a valued member of ESP, you will receive:
- A minimum pay rate of at least £85 per day
- Support from a team with over twenty years of experience in education recruitment

- A £125 referral bonus scheme
- A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your schedule
- No requirement to complete timesheets
- Pay via PAYE directly through Education Supply Pool, not an umbrella company
